SKINNER’S FALLS – The Upper Delaware Council’s (UDC) 22nd Annual Family Raft Trip drew 87 individuals to the Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational River on August 1, fulfilling the UDC’s goal of promoting awareness and stewardship of the river through direct contact with the recreational resource.

Rafters launched Sunday’s river trip from Skinner’s Falls, NY and floated a 10-mile stretch downriver to the Ten Mile River Access. Lander’s River Trips provided the rafts, paddles, life vests, and shuttle transportation.

The turnout included 77 adults and teens, and 10 children ages 12 and under.
