MILFORD – Probation, for a man who possessed weapons on school property, was among the sentences issued this week by Pike County President Judge Joseph F. Kameen:

Pawell Lijewski, Thomas, 20, of Bushkill, PA was sentenced to 12 months of probation, and ordered to pay a fine of $800 for the crime of Possession of a Weapon on School Property. On June 2, 2009, Lijewski possessed a razor blade and a 400k Volt stun gun on the grounds of the East Stroudsburg North High School.

Robert Wallner, Thomas, 40, of Hawley, PA was sentenced to 6 months of probation, and ordered to pay a fine of $300 for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On May 29, 2009, Wallner drove was found to be driving under the influence on Legedale Road and SR 507 in Greene Township. Wallner refused to submit to a chemical test to determine his blood alcohol level.

Robert Devries, Thomas, 54, of Dingmans Ferry, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 72 hours to 6 months, ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 and had his driver’s license suspended for one year for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On June 7, 2009, Devries drove his vehicle off the road on SR 739 by the entrance of the Birchwood Lakes development. His blood alcohol level was .165%.

Anthony Cuttler, Thomas, 26, of Matamoras, PA was sentenced to 12 months of probation, ordered to pay a fine of $700 and had his driver’s license suspended for 6 months for the crime of Possession of a Controlled Substance. On April 10, 2008, Cuttler was found in possession of Cocaine in Matamoras Borough.

Keith Czerwinski, Thomas, 19 of Bushkill, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 48 hours to 6 months, ordered to pay a fine of $500 and had his driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On February 13, 2010 Czerwinski was involved in a two vehicle crash on Bushkill Falls Road and Milford Road in Lehman Township. His blood alcohol level was .022%.
