Pike County Court Sentencing

MILFORD – Several criminal sentences were issued by Pike County President Judge Joseph Kameen:

Felix Figueroa, 31, of Port Jervis, NY was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 6 to 18 months and ordered to pay a fine of $700 for the crime of Retail Theft. On January 2, 2009, Figueroa took assorted merchandise from the Wal-Mart in Westfall Township without paying the full retail value of $207.93.

Tyson Cloud, 28, of Newton, NJ was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 9 to 23 ½ months and ordered to pay a fine of $900 for the crime of Robbery. On May 15, 2010, in Milford Township, Cloud repeatedly punched and kicked another person in the head to remove his wallet.

Dennis Fountain, 33, of Milford, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 15 days to 6 months followed by 12 months of probation, ordered to pay a fine of              $1,500 and had his driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crime of Recklessly Endangering Another Person and Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer. On January 1, 2010, on Rt 6 and 209 in Westfall Township, Fountain drove his snowmobile, engaged police in a high speed chase, and failed to stop when visual and audible signals were given. Fountain drove his snowmobile in the opposite lane of traffic heading directly towards another vehicle putting another person in danger of death or serious bodily injury.

Larry McInturff, 54, of Port Jervis, NY was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 10 days to 12 months, and ordered to pay a fine of $800 for the crime of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. On February 26, 2009 McInturff was transported to the Pike County Jail, in Blooming Grove Township, to serve a sentence for a DUI conviction. Upon entry to the jail McInturff was found in possession of a small baggie used to store marihuana.

Jason Barry, 30, of Hawley, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 90 day to five years with one year of probation, ordered to pay a fine of $2,100 and had his driver’s license suspended for 18 months for the crimes of Driving Under the Influence, and Resisting Arrest. On November 10, 2009, on Long Ridge Road in Blooming Grove Township, Barry was found to be driving under the influence. He refused to consent to a chemical test to determine his blood alcohol level. When troopers attempted to place him under arrest for DUI, Barry resisted.

Taylor Jamros, 19, of Matamoras, PA was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 for the crime of False Reports to Law Enforcement. On January 1, 2010, Jamros told the Eastern Pike Regional Police Department that two men had her vehicle at the time an assault occurred knowing that was not true.   

Dawn Bates, 34, of Hawley, PA was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $500 for the crime of Bad Checks. Between October 9 and 23, 2010, in Lackawaxen Township, Bates passed three checks totaling $4,800.90 knowing that her bank would not honor them.

Lonnie Delvecchio, 54, of Milford, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 1 year and 90 days to 5 years, ordered to pay a fine of $6,000 and had his driver’s license suspended for 24 months for the crimes of Driving Under the Influence, and Driving While Operating Privileges are Suspended. On August 30, 2009, Delvecchio was found to be driving under the influence on Route 6 in Dingman and Shohola Townships. Delvecchio’s was driving while his driver’s license was suspended from a previous DUI offense. His blood alcohol level was .190%.

Andreas Dube, 46, of Milford, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 6 to 23 months and ordered to pay a fine of $400 for the crime of Identity Theft. Between November 1, 2008 and May 30, 2009, Dube, used identifying information from another persons credit card to purchase merchandise from various merchants in Pike County.

Noah Felice, 59, of Fayetteville, NY was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $300 for the crime of False Swearing. Between January 28, 2008 and April 15, 2008, Felice presented an Application to Carry a Firearm to the Pike County Sheriff’s Office, and answered specific questions about his previous criminal history on the application knowing they were not true. Additionally Felice presented a sworn and verified application for a Private Detective’s License to the Pike County Court of Common Pleas indicating he had never been convicted of a crime knowing this was not true.

Paul Muffoletto, 26, of Middletown, NY was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 90 days to 5 years, ordered to pay a fine of $1,500 and had his driver’s license suspended for 18 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On January 17, 2010, Muffoletto was found to be driving under the influence on Interstate 84 in Blooming Grove Township. His blood alcohol level was .172%.
