Killer dogs on the loose in East Stroudsburg

EAST STROUDSBURG – Six animals are dead, and police are looking for two vicious dogs that may have done the damage.  The dogs have been on the attack near East Stroudsburg High School South, and surrounding areas including King, Maple and Walnut streets. 

Six cats are known to have been killed.  A deer was also attacked, and had to be euthanized. 

The dogs are believed to be a male and a female, possibly mixed pit bull and boxer. 

People are warned to stay away from the dogs, which are very aggressive. Anyone seeking them should call 911, or Stroud Are Regional Police at 570-421-6800.
