Pike County Court sentencing information

MILFORD – The following criminal sentences were issued by Pike County President Judge Joseph F. Kameen:

Charles Ibach, 42, of Middletown, NY was sentenced to a State Correctional Facility for 15 to 30 months followed by one year of probation, ordered to pay restitution and a fine of $1,300 for the crimes of Theft by Unlawful Taking, and Theft from a Motor Vehicle. On September 27, 2009, a firefighter parked his personal vehicle near a burning home in Shohola Township; Ibach drove the vehicle away from the area, and then stole several items of the vehicle owner’s personal property.

David Lincoln, 53, of New York, NY was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 72 hours to 6 months, ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 and had his driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On January 11, 2010, Lincoln, drove his vehicle off the road on SR 590 in Lackawaxen Township. His blood alcohol level was .171%.

Katheryn Bailey, 28, of Milford, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 90 days to 5 years, ordered to pay a fine of $2,000 and had her driver’s license suspended for 18 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On January 18, 2010 in Milford Borough, Bailey was found to be under the influence of alcohol. She refused to consent to a blood alcohol test.

William Hicks, 47, of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to a State Correctional Facility for 1 to 5 years, ordered to pay a fine of $1,500 and had his driver’s license suspended for 18 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On October 28, 2009 in Westfall Township, Hicks was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He refused to consent to a blood alcohol test.

Antonio Laboy, 27, of Montague, NJ was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 9 to 23 months, ordered to pay restitution and a fine of $400 for the crime of Theft by Deception. On November 6, 2009, Laboy returned stolen merchandise to the Wal-Mart in Westfall Township, in order to receive a gift card.

Christopher Fuller, 23, of Port Jervis, NY was sentenced to 18 months of probation, and ordered to pay a fine of $1,500 for the crime of Theft by Unlawful Taking. On January 29, 2010, Fuller took 12 railroad connectors from the Milrift Train Tracks in Westfall Township, which was property of the NY Susquehanna & Western Railway Corporation.

Robert Galletta, 40, of Bushkill, PA was sentenced to 24 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $500 for the crime of Terroristic Threats. On July 10, 2009, in Lehman Township, Galletta threatened another person saying he would bash their head with a bat.

Daquan Valentin, 18, of East Stroudsburg, PA was ordered to pay a fine of $250 and had his driver’s license suspended for 6 months for the crime of Possession of Small Amount of Marihuana. On November 16, 2009, Valentin was found in possession of a small amount of marihuana at the East Stroudsburg North High School.
