KRESGEVILLE – Police arrested a Kresgeville man on charges he drugged, then raped a 13-year-old girl several times.

Robert Pugh, 19, is in the Monroe County jail in lieu of $100,000 bail, for five alleged assaults, which happened between last November and January.  Pugh faces 30 counts, including rape, sexual assault and corruption of minors.

The crimes happened at a home on Pheasant Lane in  Kresgeville.
