SCRANTON – Federal marshals captured a man wanted for multiple sexual assaults of a minor in Monroe County.  Eric Martinborough Jr., 39, was apprehended in Scranton, waived arraignment and was turned over the Pocono Mountain Regional Police.

Martinborough allegedly began the assaults in the Tobyhanna teen, in April, 2005, when the victim was 13.  He faces 75 counts, including 48 of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and 24 of aggravated indecent assault.
