Jail ordered for man who conspired to threaten another

MILFORD - Pierre Scott, 20, of Bushkill, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 10 to 23 ½ months, and ordered to pay a fine of $1,100.00 for the crime of Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Terroristic Threats, and Stalking. On June 20, 2009 in Lehman Township, Scott agreed with five other people that they would follow a person, so one of his co-defendants could threaten the victim. At one point the group was able to stop the victim’s car, and at that point one of Scott’s co-defendants threatened the victim with a gun. When police arrived a member of the group hid the gun under the hood of one car and the ammunition clip under the head rest of another.

Other sentences issued by Pike County President Judge Joseph Kameen:

Todd Wignall, 43, of Gouldsboro, PA was sentenced to a State Correctional Facility for 30 months and 90 days to 8 years, pay a fine of $2,500.00 and ordered to pay restitution for the crimes of Driving Under the Influence, Driving While Operating Privileges are Suspended or Revoked and Criminal Trespass.  On September 13, 2009 at Blue Ridge Communications in Palmyra Township, Wignall drove his 1996 Ford Explorer through a chain linked fence knowing he was not licensed to ender. On September 14, 2009 at 12:45 a.m. on SR 6 in Palmyra Township, Wignall was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. His blood alcohol level was .118%.

Lisa Fiorletta, 44, of Lords Valley, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 6 days to 12 months, pay a fine of $2,000.00 and had her driver’s license suspended for 24 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence on two occasions. On July 30, 2008, on Interstate 84, in Blooming Grove Township, Fiorletta was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. Her blood alcohol level was .289%. In a separate incident on November 20, 2009, Fiorletta drove her vehicle off the road in Hemlock Farms. Her blood alcohol level was .192%.

John Hacker, 69, of Hawley, PA was sentenced to two years of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $350.00 for the crime of Simple Assault. On September 16, 2009, in Lackawaxen Township, Hacker pushed another person to the ground causing bodily injury.

Linda Hines, 25, of Port Jervis, NY was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 48 hours to 6 months, pay a fine of $500.00 and had her driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On July 5, 2009 on Pennsylvania Ave, in Matamoras Borough, Hines was pulled over and found to be under the influence of alcohol. Her blood alcohol level was .159%.

Daniel Jaycox, 25, of Port Jervis, NY was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 4 to 12 months, pay a fine of $350.00 and ordered to pay restitution for the crime of Retail Theft. On August 1, 2009, Jaycox took 154 photographs from Wal-Mart in Westfall Township without paying the full retail value of $43.12.

Thomas Pampalone, 45, of Matamoras, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 72 hours to 6 months, pay a fine of $1,000.00 and had his driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence.  On June 21, 2009, Pampalone was found to be driving under the influence in Matamoras Borough. His blood alcohol level was .173%.

Sunny Gordon, 34, of Milford, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 6 days to 6 months, pay a fine of $1,000.00 and had his driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence.  On July 25, 2009, Gordon was pulled over at the intersection of Broad Street and Harford Street in Milford Borough. His blood alcohol level was .165%.

Jennifer Wudarski, 26, of Duryea, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 90 days to 5 years, pay a fine of $1,500.00 and had her driver’s license suspended for 18 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On June 17, 2009, Wudarski drover her vehicle off the road on in Greene Township. Her blood alcohol level was .243%.

Jesse Taylor, 21, of Dingmans Ferry, PA was sentenced to one year of probation, and ordered to pay a fine of $200.00 for the crime of Retail Theft. Between July 23 and July 25, 2009, during several different transactions rang 134 coupons not matching the various 48 items purchased for a total of 46.65, under-ringing in the amount of $374.00 at K-Mart in Westfall Township.

Mark Broughton, 29, of Hawley, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 72 hours to 6 months, pay a fine of $1,000.00 and had his driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance. On February 17, 2009, Broughton was involved in a two vehicle crash on Rt 6 in Palmyra Township. After a blood test it was determined Broughton was driving under the influence of Marihuana.
