POCONOS – The string of big late-winter storms continues, with the biggest one yet. Up to two feet of heavy, wet snow is expected to fall today into Friday morning. Impossible travel conditions, and widespread power outages are likely. For the third time this month, PennDOT crews are preparing to deal with another massive snowstorm that will impact much of Pennsylvania, and the department is urging motorists in affected areas to avoid unnecessary travel.
