SMITHFIELD TWP – Police have charged Daniel Duffy, 24, of East Stroudsburg, with sexually abusing a female student at the academy.  The 17-year-old victim also worked in the kitchen.

Duffy is charged with institutional sexual assault and other crimes.  He is free on his own recognizance.

The assaults happened between February 12 and 14.
