POCONO PINES – Police are holding a Tobyhanna man on multiple charges related to a series of incidents last month.

Hector Lopez, 23, allegedly stole a gar belonging to a 20-year-old Pocono Pines woman on December 12.  He allegedly returned to the woman’s house on Christmans day, and assaulted her. 

The woman reported the crimes January 5.  That led to Lopez’s arrest on charges of burglary, robbery, theft of a motor vehicle, simple assault and other crimes.
