POCONO LAKE – Police have charged a Locust Lake Village man with sexual abuse of a 15-year-old girl.

Charles Margretta, 25, was arrested after police seized his cell phone during a drug investigation, and found explicit pictures of a young girl.  Police were able to determine the identity of the girl, and that he had sexual contact with her.

Margretta is charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, and several other crimes.  He is being held in lieu of $10,000 bail
