COOLBAUGH TWP – Police are looking for help in finding out how a dead dog in a cage wound up on Green Road, off Route 196, north of Mount Pocono.  Someone reported the dog to police about 4:30 last Thursday afternoon, January 14.

The dog appears to be a pit bull, white, medium-size, with no tag.  It was in a white cage.
