EAST STROUDSBURG - Musicians are invited to join the East Stroudsburg University/Community Orchestra as it prepares for its spring concert on Wednesday, April 21.

Rehearsals take place every Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Cecilia S. Cohen Recital Hall of the university’s Fine and Performing Arts Center, Normal and Marguerite streets, East Stroudsburg.  No audition or membership fee is required.
