MILFORD - Justin Culver, 22, of Bushkill, already serving life for second degree murder, was given additional prison time, 

Culver was sentenced to 3½ to 11 years to be served consecutive to his life sentence for his, for a total sentence of life in prison plus 21½ to 51 years.  The additional time is for the crimes of burglary, criminal trespass, criminal attempt, criminal mischief. On February 2, 2007 in Lehman Township, Culver broke into Uncle Sal’s Pizza looking for milk and money.

The murder conviction stems from the shooting death of Barry Rose, 46, in Rose’s Saw Creek home last year.  Culver was one of two accomplices, to receive life sentences.  The triggerman, Marquis Keeys, was given two consecutive life terms.
