STROUDSBURG – Police arrested a Stroudsburg woman on charges that include aggravated assault after she allegedly hit her husband in the head and grown with a crowbar earlier this week.

Police responded to a domestic call at a home in Stroudsburg and arrested Dale Morris, 61, on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment.  Morris is in the Monroe County jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Police say Dale Morris apparently was upset over a note she found from her husband.  What was in the note has not been disclosed.
