COOLBAUGH TWP – Police say four people are charged following a chase that ended with gunshots and a man stripped naked then assaulted.

Police arrested three Tobyhanna residents, Anthony Molyneaux, 28, Dennison Herbert 21, and Michelle Winfrey, 20, and a New York City man, Brady Lightfoot, 21.  All four are in the Monroe County Jail on a variety of charges.

Police say shortly before 7 p.m. Wednesday, they responded to a repot of a crash at Starlight Terrace and Wincing Way in A Pocono Country Place.  They found the victim, Sean Ivey, 26, of Tobyhanna, naked and with multiple traumatic wounds. 

Police say two of the men, Herbert and Molyneaux, involved on a running dispute, encountered each other earlier in the day.  Molyneau and Lightfoot then got into one vehicle and began chasing Ivey, Herbert and Winfrey, who were in another.  The first vehicle the second, at which point, Herbert began firing shots at the first vehicle, which crashed after into a culvert after taking a curve too fast.  The first car then crashed into the second. 

The second vehicle was still drivable.  Herbert and winfrey used it to flee. 

Molyneaux and Lightfood then began assaulting Ivey, already injured from the crash.
