Shots fired during home invasion in Stroudsburg

STROUDSBURG – Police are looking for two men who reportedly burst into a home on North 5th Street shortly after midnight Tuesday morning.  The men apparently were looking for drugs.

Police say the men burst through a door.  One had a gun, pointed it at one of the three people in the house at the time, and demanded cocaine.

One of the occupants managed to flee the house, but was followed by the gunman who fired three shots.  None of the bullets hit him.

Both suspects then fled.

Police are looking for two men, described as Hispanic or light skinned blacks.  Both are about 5’9” and were wearing dark clothes and hoodies.
