STROUDSBURG - The Monroe County Commissioners announce the availability of Requests for Funding Proposal (RFP) applications for the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) 2012 fiscal year. RFPs will be accepted by the Monroe County Commissioners on or before NOON - Wednesday, December 14. Proposals must be returned in the format described in the request for Funding Proposal (RFP) packet to the Monroe County Grants Office by the date and time listed above. Applications will not be accepted after the deadline.

Non-profit and county agencies interested in applying for Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) funds may obtain an RFP packet from the Monroe County Grants Office or by emailing Jane Eggert. Proposed projects must meet all Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED), local priorities and eligibilities accordingly.
