Man sentenced for vehicle death |

STROUDSBURG – A man who killed a woman while driving with a suspended will spend up to three years in prison. Benjamin Farrell, 27, of Blakeslee, pled guilty in August to vehicular Homicide. He was sentenced, Wednesday, to 16 to 36 months in prison. The accident happened March 3 on Route 115 near Long Pond. According to reports, Farrell was driving at a high speed, illegally passed another vehicle then slammed his pickup head-on into a small car driven by Theresa Ricciardi-Garcia, 29, who died in the crash. |
