LAKE TWP – A Lake Ariel man is in jail, accused of raping an acquaintance visiting is home, early Sunday.  George Steigler III, 33, and the victim, were staying at his home when he allegedly led the woman into his bedroom and assaulted her.

Stiegler is charged with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and indecent assault.  He is being held in lieu of $75,000 bail.
