STROUDSBURG – A 30 to 60 year prison term was given to Robert Pugh, of East Stroudsburg, convicted of drugging and raping a 13-year-old girl.  The three assaults happened between September 2009 and January 2010.

Pugh, 21, was accused of drugging the girl during the assaults.
