GREEN TWP – State Police arrested a Newfoundland man on a charge of statutory sexual assault on a juvenile female.  Joseph Smallwood, 22, was arrested last Friday. 

Police are providing few details about the alleged assaults other than to say they happened between September and December, in Skyview Lakes.
