BLOOMING GROVE – State police investigated a report of sexual assault filed in November, and have determined the report was false.  Mari Marino, 58, no address provided, was charged with filing a false report to law enforcement.

Police are still investigating and ask that anyone who may have information to call them at 570-226-5718.
