HONESDALE – Incumbents Brian Smith, a Republican, and Wendell Kay, a Democrat, will be joined by Republican newcomer Jonathan Fritz in January, after solid wins in Tuesday’s commissioner voting. 

Smith led with 37 percent, with Fitz, second, at 29 percent and Kay at 21 percent.  Democrat Jeanette Gardas received 13 percent.
