STROUDSBURG – A man accused of shooting another man in downtown Stroudsburg more than a month ago was returned to Pennsylvania to face charges. 

Roberta Gonzalez, 30 allegedly fired two shots at Terrance Tyson, 34, also of Stroudsburg, outside a service station at Park Avenue and Barry Street, at close range.  Tyson was hit in the face and seriously wounded. 

An investigation led to Florida where Gonzalez was arrested and eventually extradited back to Monroe County.  He was arraigned Tuesday on a charge of attempted homicide.
