EAST STROUDSBURG – A man who allegedly assaulted a child last February is in custody.  Shalako Simon, 38, of East Stroudsburg, was arrested by federal authorities, this week, in Palmyra, in Lebanon County. 

Simon is being held in the Monroe County Correctional Facility in lieu of $75,000 bail.
