MIDDLE SMITHFIELD TWP – Former Supervisor Robert Spano already faces federal charges for lying on health insurance forms.  Now, he faces a long list of state charges alleging fraud on financial disclosure firms.

Spano allegedly failed to disclose ownership or directorship in several companies, something public officials are required to do.

Spano was arraigned in magisterial court and is being held in lieu of $200,000 bail in the Monroe County jail.
