MOUNT POCONO – A Tannersville man picked the wrong time to go into a state store to pub some wine for three juveniles.  A special Pocono Mountain Regional Police detail was on duty at the time, checking for underage drinkers, and adults buying alcohol for juveniles

Police say Dominic Madden was observed going into the store and coming out with two plastic bags.  He was then observed giving the bags to the three juveniles.

The juveniles got into a vehicle, but were later stopped on Route 940.  Police found three bottles of liquor.

Madden was charged with three counts of selling or furnishing liquor to minors

The juveniles were charged with underage drinking.
