TOBYHANNA – Police charged a Pocono Country Place man with assault following a domestic disput that caused injuries to his 57-year-old mother.  Police say Damar Wooley, 23, told them he struck his mother about the face, and tried to choke her.

The incident happened Tuesday. 

Wooley is in the Monroe County jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
