LACKAWAXEN TWP – A fight between three people early Monday morning led to injuries to all three, and charges of aggravated assault, against all three. The incident happened at an address on Timber Ridge Drive.

Police say Robert Hyers, 57, of Hawley, sustained a groin injury requiring surgery.  He was taken to Community Medical Center.

Eric Hyers, 32, of Bensalem and Jason Hyers, 29, of Hatboro, sustained minor injuries.

A police news release does not identify the relationship, if any, between the three.
