MILFORD - The following criminal sentences were issued by Pike County President Judge Joseph Kameen: David Deesch, 42, of Canadensis, PA was sentenced to a State Correctional Facility for 2 to 5 years, ordered to pay a fine of $2,000 and had his driver’s license suspended for 2 years for the crimes of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, and Driving while Operating Privileges are Suspended or Revoked. On April 1, 2010, on SR 390 in Greene Township, Deesch was found in possession of heroin, with the intent to deliver. He was also found to be operating a vehicle while his operating privilege was previously suspended for a prior DUI conviction. Ashley Ditmore, 22, of Stroudsburg, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 9 to 23 ½ months, and ordered to pay a fine of $500 for the crime of Delivery of a Controlled Substance. On March 3, 2011, in Lehman Township, Ditmore delivered 25 Suboxone Pills to an undercover officer for $250. In a separate incident on March 22, 2011, Ditmore delivered another 25 Suboxone Pills to an undercover office for $350. Richard Machose, 61, of Allentown, PA was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $750 for the crime of Obstructing the Administration of Law. On May 24, 2010, in Dingman Township, Machose prevented the Dingman Township Building Inspector from inspecting his property. Thomas Honor, 44, of Bushkill, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 72 hours to 6 months, ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 and had his driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On March 10, 2010, on Bushkill Falls Road in Lehman Township, Honor was found to be driving under the influence. His blood alcohol level was .250%. James Widmer, 56, of Fairfax, VA, was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 for the crime of Firearms not to be Carried Without a License. On March 10, 2010, on Interstate 84, in Blooming Grove Township, Widmer was found in possession of a Smith and Wesson .32 Caliber Revolver without a valid and lawfully issued license. Lisa Horton, 43, of Marshalls Creek, PA was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $200 for the crime of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. On June 23, 2009, in Lehman Township, Horton was found in possession of a cellophane wrapper used to contain a controlled substance. Heather Stone, 28, of Milford, PA was sentenced for the Pike County Jail for 5 to 10 days and ordered to pay a fine of $50 for the crime of Theft by Unlawful Taking. On May 17, 2010 in Dingman Township, Stone took $350 from another person without their permission. Andrea Zagoudis, 40, of Greentown, PA was sentenced to 18 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $500 for the crime of Receiving Stolen Property. On February 10, 2011 in Palmyra Township, Zagoudis was found in possession of various pieces of furniture knowing the items had probably been stolen.
