BLOOMING GROVE – State police say a Lake Ariel man was arrested for an incident that happened July 24th, along Interstate 84.  Police reported the arrest yesterday.

William Braxton, 22, faces a long list of charges, including reckless endangering and resisting arrest.  He is accused of throwing pieces of tire treads and a wooden log into the westbound lanes of 84, in Blooming Grove Township. 

Braxton was jailed after failing to post $20,000 bail.
