EFFORT – An anonymous tip led investigators to a Mountain Road home and the discovery of a growing operation with about 70 marijuana plants.  The occupant of the house, Russell YHork, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to deliver.

Authorities say York admitted operating the marijuana field in his back yard for several years.
