TOWN OF HIGHLAND NY – A man who was wanted on a probation warrant from Pike County, PA, was arrested on Wednesday in the Town of Highland.

The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office received a tip that he was hiding out at 167 Yulan Barryville Road.

Deputies went to the residence looking for Ralph Freudenberg, Jr. At that location, they spoke with Jessica Derry, 20, who told them he was not there. As she was speaking with the officers, Freudenberg attempted to slip out a back window, but was quickly apprehended.

Freudenberg, 33, was arraigned and sent to the Sullivan County Jail without bail. Derry was charged with obstructing governmental administration in the second degree. She was released on an appearance ticket.
