WESTFALL TWP – Things were back to normal at the Westfall Township Wal-Mart store by late afternoon, following concern over a white substance discovered on the floor in a self-serve checkout area.  The substance apparently was not harmful.

An orderly evacuation of the store took early afternoon.

Hazmat experts were called in, including Picatinny Arsenal.  Several local fire trucks were also on the scene.
