DELAWARE TWP – One man is in the hospital, another is in jail, following an attack at a bar last Saturday morning.  The incident occurred in the parking lot of Failtes on Route 7:39, shortly after midnight.

Police say James Yager, 38, of Milford and Mark Heinen, 18, of Dingmans Ferry got into an argument.  Employees of the bar separated the two but Yager fell to the ground.  Heinen then allegedly picked up a rock and dropped it on Yager’s head.

Yager eventually was flown to a New York hospital where he is in stable condition.

Heinen was arrested Monday on charges that include aggravated assault.  He is in the Pike County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
