EAST STROUDSBURG – Police are holding a man and woman on high bail after raiding a home in East Stroudsburg, shortly after 6 Thursday morning.  Police found an active meth lab in the home on Cedar Court.

Mark DeLong, 29, and Danielle Bergamino, 32, were arrested and are being held in lieu of $200,000 each, in the Monroe County jail.  They face several charges including possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture.
