Milford man, just out of prison, in trouble again

WILKES-BARRE – Michael Scerbo no sooner got out of prison on Friday when he was taken back into custody, this time on allegations he plotted, while in prison, to kill a key witness in the notorious Hugo Selenski double murder case that has been ongoing in Luzerne County, for years.

Authorities allege that Scerbo, 39, formerly of Milford, offered $1,000 to an undercover trooper posing as a hit man.  He is now charged with criminal solicitation to commit homicide.
