COOLBAUGH TWP - Police have charged a Pocono Farms woman with theft of services for tampering with the PPL meter on her residence.  The charge is a misdemeanor. 

Gloria Farrell allegedly found a way to bypass the meter, resulting in the theft of about $850 worth of electricity.
