TOBYHANNA - Police arrested a Pocono Country Place man after responding to a reported fight, involving a gun, between neighbors.  The incident happened July 31.

Ulric McKenzie, 31, is charged with terroristic threats, reckless endangering and simple assault for allegedly pulling a .22 caliber handgun and pointing it at a 50-year-old woman, who was not hurt.  The gun was recovered.
