SHOHOLA - The Pike County Humane Society continues to need financial help and hopes a weekend auction will bring in some much needed cash. 
The Save the Humane Society Auction will be held on Sunday August 12  (drop off time 7:am; viewing 11am; bidding begins at 1pm).at the American Legion Hall Post 139, 104 Route 2001, just outside Milford. 

The society is asking everyone to participate by donating your most valuable items)  and bidding on the items offered.    Volunteers are offering free pickup for items valued over $250 or large quantity box lots.
