EAST STROUDSBURG – Police believe they have the man who snatched three purses from shoppers in two separate locations on Monday.  The incidents happened in the parking logs of the Stroudsburg Shoprite and the WalMart in East Stroudsburg. 

Based on information from victims, police arrested Stalney Dabrowski Jr., of East Stroudsburg.  Charges include robbery and theft.
