MILFORD TWP – The former treasurer of the Eastern Pike Soccer Club has surrendered to police to face a long list of charges alleging he looted the club’s bank account over an 18-month period. The club’s president and vice president discovered the discrepancy in the bank account. Daniel Deets, 37, of Dingmans Ferry, is charged with one count of theft by unlawful taking, one count of receiving stolen property and 86 counts of access device fraud. The latter charge alleges that he used the club’s credit card to make several ATM withdrawals and personal purchases. Deets surrendered Wednesday.
