Banked locked after caller threatens to shoot manager

CHESTNUTHILL TWP – A Wells Fargo bank in Stroudsburg locked its doors after receiving a phone threat to shoot the manager.

The man who made the threat was later arrested.  Police picked up Ricardo Rodriguez, 50, at his Phyllis Court home.  He was taken to the Monroe County Prison.

After receiving the phone call late Thursday afternoon, bank officials locked the place down, but reportedly later let customers in, one at a time.
