POCONO SUMMIT – A Northampton County man and woman are in jail, accused of sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl last summer.  The incidents happened over a one-month period, at a home in Stillwater Estates.

Police allege Christopher Hickler, 31, and Cassandra Smith, 26, gave the victim alcohol, cocaine, marijuana and cigarettes then had inappropriate sexual contact with her

A long list of charges against the two includes statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, possession with intent to deliver cocaine.  Bail was set at $50,000 each for Hickler and Smith.
