Pike County Court sentencing

MILFORD -  The following criminal sentences were issued by Pike County President Judge Joseph Kameen:

Lisa Frick, 26, of Newfoundland, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 30 days to 6 months, ordered to pay a fine of $750 and had her driver’s license suspended for one year for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On May 25, 2011, Frick was found to be driving under the influence on SR 390, in Greene Township. Her blood alcohol level was .127%.

Pierre Lavanant, 21, of Dingmans Ferry, PA was sentenced to one year of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $200 for the crime of False Reports to Law Enforcement Authorities. On July 20, 2011 in Dingmans Ferry, PA, Lavanant told Pennsylvania State Police he was not the driver involved in an accident knowing that was false.

Lawrence Baglio, 30, of Sayville, NY was sentenced to 6 months of probation, and ordered to pay a fine of $300 for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On May 29, 2011, on Rt 6 & 209 in Westfall Township, Baglio was stopped at a DUI checkpoint and found be driving under the influence. His blood alcohol level was .09%.

Tyler Fetherman, 26, of Dingmans Ferry, PA was sentenced to a State Correctional Facility for 18 months to 4 years and ordered to pay a fine of $1,500 for the crime of Burglary. On October 24, 2011, in Dingmans Township, Fetherman entered a residence knowing he was not privileged to do so.

Jay Meyerhoff, 30, of Milford, PA was sentenced to a State Correctional Facility for 1 to 3 years, and ordered to pay a fine of $100 for the crime of Theft of Services. On April 28, 2011, in Palmyra Township, Meyerhoff had his wisdom tooth pulled and provided a false name and address to in an attempt to avoid payment.

Robert Spagnulo, 21, of Lakeville, PA was sentenced to 12 months of probation, ordered to pay a fine of $300 and had his driver’s license suspended for 6 months for the crime of Possession of a Controlled Substance. On April 28, 2011 in Blooming Grove Township, Spagnulo was found in possession of Oxycodone without a valid prescription.

John Wisti, 37, of Cameron, WI, was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 48 hours to 6 months, ordered to pay a fine of $500 and had his driver’s license suspended for one year for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On July 24, 2011, in Matamoras Borough, Wisti was stopped at a DUI checkpoint and found to be driving under the influence. His blood alcohol level was .109%.

Brad Lombardo, 25, of Port Jervis, NY was sentenced to 6 months of probation, and ordered to pay a fine of $300 for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On September 18, 2011, in Matamoras Borough, Lombardo was stopped at a DUI checkpoint and found to be driving under the influence. His blood alcohol level was .083%.

Bradford Huhn, 23, of Dingmans Ferry, PA was sentenced to Intermediate Punishment Program for 6 months, ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 and had his driver’s license suspended for one year for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On August 24, 2011, Huhn drove his vehicle off the road in Dingman Township, and refused to consent to a chemical test to determine his blood alcohol level.

Aaron Hernandez, 19, of East Stroudsburg, PA was sentenced to a State Correctional Facility for 14 to 30 months, and ordered to pay a fine of $1,700 for the crimes of Burglary and Criminal Attempt to Commit Burglary. On June 20, 2011, Hernandez smashed the window of a residence in Lehman Township and took numerous pieces of jewelry, 2 Ipods and an Ipad. In a separate incident on June 29, 2011 in Lehman Township, Hernandez and his co-defendant attempted to gain entry into a residence by his co-defendant using her fingernail to cut open the screen and unlock a front window.

George Venable, 25, of Dingmans Ferry, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 2 to 23 months and ordered to pay a fine of $200 for the crimes of Receiving Stolen Property. On August 31, 2011, Venable was found with numerous pieces of jewelry knowing they had been stolen.

William Lenz, 58, of New Milford, PA was sentenced to the Intermediate Punishment Program for 5 years with 30 days of incarceration and 90 days of electronic monitoring, ordered to pay a fine of $1,500 and had his driver’s license suspended for 18 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On September 27, 2009, Lenz was found to be driving under the influence on SR 6 in Blooming Grove Township. His blood alcohol level was .30%.

Daniel Wahnon, 22, of Hawley, PA was sentenced to a State Correctional Facility for 14 months to 3 years, ordered to pay a fine of $450 and had his driver’s license suspended for 6 months for the crimes of Burglary and Possession of a Controlled Substance. On November 6, 2010, in Dingman Township, Wahnon entered a residence and took jewelry and U.S. Currency. In a separate incident on December 4, 2009, Wahnon was found in possession of 73 tablets of Alprazolam knowing he was not licensed to do so.
