Pike County Court Sentencing 

MILFORD – The following criminal sentences were issued by Pike County President Judge Joseph Kameen:

Lisa Morgan, 35, of Hawley, PA was sentenced to a State Correctional Facility for 1 year and 60 days to 5 years, ordered to pay a fine of $2,500 and had her driver’s license suspended for 3 ½ years for the crime of Driving Under the Influence, and Driving while Operating Privileges are Suspended. On April 7, 2011, in the parking lot of the Wallenpaupack High School in Palmyra Township, Morgan was found to be driving under the influence of a drug or combination of drugs which impaired her ability to safely operate her motor vehicle. Morgan was driving while her license was suspended for a previous DUI conviction.

Heather Matulewich, 22, of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 3 to 11 months consecutive to a case she is already serving for a total of 9 to 23 months and ordered to pay a fine of $200 for the crime of Access Device Fraud. On August 3rd and 4th, 2011, Matulewich used another person ATM/Debit card without their permission to withdraw over $400 in Palmyra Township.

Jerald Marro, 55, of Canadensis, PA was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $500 for the crime of Disorderly Conduct. On June 12, 2011, in Greene Township, Marro screamed at his neighbor and refused to comply with commands from the Pennsylvania State Police.

Ryan Rosenberger, 19, of Hawley, PA was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $200 for the crime of Simple Assault. On October 14, 2011 in Palmyra Township, Rosenberger did strike and bite another person while engaged in a mutual fight.

Justin McGlynn, 25, of Bushkill, PA was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $100 for the crime of Possession with Intent to use Drug Paraphernalia. On March 9, 2011, in Lehman Township, McGlynn was found in possession of 2 marihuana bongs, 3 marihuana pipes, a marihuana grinder, and small plastic bags.

Joseph Lucenti, 32, of Howells, NY was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 72 hours to 6 months, ordered to pay a fine of $1,200, and had his driver’s license suspended for 18 months for the crimes of Driving Under the Influence, and Possession of a Small Amount of Marihuana. On September 28, 2011, at a DUI checkpoint in Matamoras Borough, Lucenti was found to be driving under the influence of marihuana, and in possession of a small amount of marihuana.

Douglass Wolf, 21, of Dingmans Ferry, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 72 hours to 6 months, ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 and had his driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On July 9, 2011, Wolf drove his vehicle off the road striking a tree in Delaware Township. He was found to be driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level of .25%.
