BARRETT TWP – Police are asking for help in looking a man accused of stealing copper from homes in Monroe County. 

John Black, 25, of Tobyhanna, was arrested, along with Sean McCann of East Stroudsburg, earlier this month while apparently burglarizing a home near Canadensis.  Black posted $20,000 bail but failed to show for a scheduled court appearance.
