TOBYHANNA TWP – Police arrested a Pocono Summit man after following footprints in the snow, following an apparent burglary at 403 Hummingbird Drive in Stillwater Lakes.   Security officials called police after seeing the footprints leading to the house, and finding evidence electrical wiring may have been taken. 

Police conducted an investigation that led to the arrest of Joshua Smith, 33, on charges of burglary, theft, criminal trespass, possessing instruments of crime, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
